Designed Around Atmosphere
This condominium renovation was planned around calm evening ambience and clean architectural detailing. Lighting, electrical integration, and carpentry were coordinated together from the beginning so the final space would feel visually quiet, warm, and cohesive rather than overly decorative.
Sunway Alishan @ Cheras is a contemporary condominium renovation designed around warmth, clarity, and calm living. The project combines concealed lighting integration, refined plaster ceiling detailing, coordinated electrical planning, and custom-built carpentry to create a cohesive residential environment. The renovation focused on balancing soft ambient lighting with clean architectural lines. Warm indirect cove lighting was integrated into the living and kitchen areas, while concealed wiring and carefully aligned switches maintained visual cleanliness throughout the home. Custom cabinetry in warm neutral tones was designed to maximise storage while preserving an open and breathable atmosphere. Every trade was coordinated together — from ceiling preparation and electrical routing to carpentry installation and final lighting tuning — ensuring that fixtures, cabinetry, and lighting details aligned precisely without visual clutter. The final result is a calm modern home with layered lighting, subtle material textures, and a premium but understated atmosphere suitable for both day-to-day living and evening ambience.
The goal was not to create a dramatic show unit, but a home that feels calm, warm, and comfortable to live in every evening.
